Fastener Count and Spacing
For edges that require fasteners, use the drop-down below to automatically calculate the number of fasteners based on your desired spacing or choose "Set Manually" then enter the required fastener counts below. Note that side fastener counts do not include the corner fasteners.

For edges that have pockets, the number entered reflects the size of the flattened pocket (in inches). Enter "0" (zero) for edges that do not require fasteners or pockets.

Fasteners are generally evenly spaced but positioning may vary. Please check the box below if precise spacing or specific positioning is required. A diagram must be supplied.

Fitted Tarp Options
Fitted tarps are formed into a "box top" shape with sewn corners. Often used for utility trailers, furniture covers, etc.

When ordering a fitted tarp use the width/length above to indicate the dimensions of the top of the tarp. Be sure to add an inch or so to your covered item dimensions to make it easier to put the tarp on and take it off.

Extra Internal Fasteners
In most cases, internal fasteners need to be reinforced using a band of webbing. If no webbing is requested, each fastener will be reinforced individually.

Special Features or Requirements
Note that the Zipper, Velcro and D-Rings requested here are in addition to what may have been selected for the hem.

Slits and Cutouts
Cutouts are often required when the tarp needs to go around an obstruction. For example, to cut around fenders on a trailer tarp or pillars on a gym floor tarp.

Slits are needed when you want to provide an opening in the tarp. Slits are normally sealable using Velcro.

Add Logo or other Graphic
Use this option to add an adhesive film logo to your tarp. This is a high-tack UV protected clear over-laminate stick-on with text or graphics that you provide. Minimum charge is $95 for this option. In most cases you will want to apply only to white vinyl tarps. We also offer simple ink lettering. Please contact us for details.
